The DeChristopher Group is a full service independent Insurance and Investment Brokerage Firm established since 1995. We are fully licensed with the area’s premier insurance and benefit providers. Our goal is and always has been, to provide clients with reliable and unbiased solutions for their insurance and investment needs.
As Founder and President of The DeChristopher Group, Michael DeChristopher oversees all aspects of the company's mission, strategy and corporate services. With 20-plus years experience in the insurance industry, Michael takes pride in partnering with individuals and businesses to potentially protect their assets, maximize effiencies and help add to their bottom line. He has worked with all facets of Medical, Dental and Ancillary Plans for small to mid-size businesses. Michael’s enthusiasm, energy, and experience is evident to his clients from the very first meeting. His staff is experienced, dedicated, and growing as the company expands. Michael is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Finance. In additional to being a licensed broker, he is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and an Investment Advisor Representative.
Michael lives in Vienna, Virginia with his wife and three children. He is very active in the local community, volunteering his time for a variety of organizations and causes.
